Ethics channel

CONSTRUCCIONES LLULL SASTRE SAU, in its organizational and management model, has enabled an Ethics Channel for the prevention and detection of conduct or acts that could be contrary to the general and/or sectoral regulations applicable in accordance with the Penal Code when it imposes “the obligation to inform of possible risks and non-compliance to the body in charge of monitoring the operation and observance of the prevention model.”

The Ethics Channel is available to all employees of CONSTRUCCIONES LLULL SASTRE SAU and third parties who may inform the Ethics Committee of any procedural or organizational weakness that may lead to a criminal risk or the commission or omission of a criminal act.

CONSTRUCCIONES LLULL SASTRE SAU is committed to guaranteeing confidentiality, anonymity, and the absence of reprisals against anyone who reports the facts. The data will be stored in the system only for the time strictly necessary to investigate the reported facts. In any case, after three months from the date your personal data was entered, CONSTRUCCIONES LLULL SASTRE SAU may continue processing your data in a different, legally appropriate environment.
