We started the refurbishment and extension works of the Hotel Mar i Vent, located in Banyalbufar, Mallorca.

A hotel with more than 80 years of history that began in the early 20th century, when the Vives family of fishermen decided to take advantage of the beauty of the Tramontana mountain range to open a small hotel with four rooms and delicious homemade food from their own vegetable garden.

It is an honour that they have entrusted Construcciones Llull Sastre to carry out the refurbishment of the establishment, which will consist of a complete refurbishment of the three existing buildings, with structural reinforcements and modification of the interiors, plus the construction of a fourth new building.

The main objective is to modernise the hotel without losing its Mallorcan charm, offering greater comfort to guests and employees.
