In Costa d’en Blanes, Calvià, we have completed new renovation and expansion work at the luxury resort The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, one of the most exclusive hotels in the Mediterranean. Opened in 2002, it belongs to the prestigious international chain St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International. Located in Punta Negra, a secluded cove on the southwest coast of Mallorca, this iconic five-star luxury establishment is an international benchmark for premium hospitality and high-end hotel experiences.
Comprehensive rehabilitation of outdoor spaces
A complete renovation of the resort's exterior areas was undertaken to update its aesthetics and enhance the guest experience. Among the most significant improvements was the complete refurbishment of the main pool, where the existing mosaic tiles were replaced with new Mystery Sand paving by Rosa Gres, a high-quality material that lends a more contemporary and elegant look, perfectly in keeping with the hotel's Mediterranean setting. The terraces surrounding the pool were also expanded with new decking, and the network of pathways throughout the resort was extended, improving connectivity between gardens, relaxation areas, and common spaces.
Renovation of the Mediterranean restaurant Terra
Simultaneously, the complete renovation of the Terra Mediterranean restaurant, one of the hotel's most iconic dining spaces, has been carried out. The project was developed in collaboration with the prestigious interior design studio Lázaro Rosa-Violán, completely renewing the space from the kitchen to the flooring and integrating carefully selected materials. The new design combines oak parquet flooring with hydraulic tiles, a traditional material manufactured using a hydraulic press that lends texture, artisanal character, and a strong Mediterranean identity to the dining space.
