5 Star Hotel in the Historic Centre of Palma
In the heart of Palma de Mallorca's old town, next to the iconic Parc de la Mar, we have completed the construction of the Hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, an exclusive five-star hotel that has become a benchmark of urban luxury in the city. This non-residential building consolidates Construcciones Llull Sastre's expertise in constructing high-end boutique hotels in historical settings with the highest technical standards.
Building integrated into the historic center
The hotel comprises a basement and four floors, housing 33 rooms: 19 standard rooms, 6 junior suites, and 8 superior suites. The interior design is Nordic-inspired with Neo-Mudéjar touches, while maintaining a distinctly Mediterranean essence. The architectural intervention respected the existing façade facing the historic center, carefully restoring it to preserve the heritage of the surrounding area. The remaining façades were constructed with Santanyí stone, integrating the building into the urban fabric and maintaining the architectural character of the region.
Rooftop with infinity pool and wellness areas
One of the most iconic features of Hotel El Llorenç is its rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of Palma Cathedral and the bay, a space that combines contemporary design and exclusivity in the heart of the historic center. The hotel also boasts a gym, a relaxation area with a sauna and hammam, a second pool located in the basement, and a ground-floor restaurant with show cooking, creating a high-end gastronomic and wellness experience.
