In Puerto de Pollença, in northern Mallorca, we built the 4-star Hotel Bahía Pollensa, a tourist establishment located just a few meters from the beach and surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, which has become one of the area's leading holiday destinations. Since its initial construction, Construcciones Llull Sastre has been responsible for carrying out the annual renovations and updates of the complex, ensuring that the hotel maintains a competitive standard within the four-star segment in Mallorca and meets the evolving demands of the tourism market.

The Hotel Bahía Pollensa offers approximately 137 rooms and apartments, designed to accommodate both couples and families, with studios and units equipped with a kitchen, private balcony, air conditioning, and spacious, bright interiors. The complex is spread across several buildings surrounded by gardens and outdoor common areas that enhance its Mediterranean holiday atmosphere.

The hotel features a wellness area that includes a sauna, fitness room, and treatment rooms, as well as a large outdoor pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with a swim-up bar. Each season, we carry out improvements to the pools, waterproofing, paving, technical installations, and outdoor areas, ensuring durability against the marine environment and maintaining a modern and functional appearance.

Annual renovations include the progressive modernization of guest rooms, bathroom updates, replacement of windows and doors, and renewal of electrical and air conditioning systems, as well as improvements in energy efficiency.
