The house is organized across a basement, ground floor, and first floor, with the main living areas oriented to take advantage of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The architectural design prioritizes spacious and bright interiors, with large glazed surfaces that eliminate visual barriers and allow the sea to become an integral part of the living experience. The terraces are designed as a natural extension of the living room, reinforcing the indoor-outdoor flow. The infinity pool with its 30 cm glass front becomes a key feature, creating an infinity effect that visually merges with the horizon.

The selection of materials reflects criteria of elegance, durability, and harmony with the Mediterranean environment. Inside, the large-format Zarci gray stone flooring stands out, along with high-performance windows that maximize the glazed area and energy efficiency. The double-sided wood-burning fireplace acts as the central element of the main space, while the cantilevered metal staircase and laminated glass railings lend visual lightness and a contemporary character. The underfloor heating system and zoned climate control ensure thermal comfort year-round. Outside, the Beige Alicante stone cladding, combined with Zarci gray stone and laminated iroko wood, reinforces the architectural integration with the landscape. The wood and steel pergolas create intermediate spaces that allow one to enjoy Mallorca's climate in any season.
