Work continues to progress on the comprehensive refurbishment of the Cecili Metel building in Palma, which will house the future headquarters of the Public Health Agency.
Over the summer months, the project has continued through a particularly demanding phase. High temperatures in Mallorca have a significant impact on how certain tasks are carried out, requiring rigorous planning, constant coordination between teams and special attention to on-site working conditions.
The video shows how the works have evolved from the start up to the last few weeks, and illustrates the progress of a project that combines refurbishment, construction and the recovery of a public building of particular importance to Palma.
The works are being carried out as a joint venture (UTE) by Construcciones Llull Sastre and Obras y Pavimentaciones Man, bringing together experience, technical capacity and coordination to take on a project of this kind.
We keep moving forward, phase by phase, with the commitment and dedication of all the professionals who make it possible.
