At Construcciones Llull Sastre S.A.U., we believe that excellence in our projects begins with the training and development of strong, committed, and highly productive teams. For this reason, we participated in a specialized coaching course on building high-performance teams, led by Talenthum consultant Humberto Borràs Zedda, at the Hotel Ponent Mar in Palmanova.

This training has provided a valuable opportunity for our professionals to strengthen their leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Through interactive activities, practical workshops, and coaching sessions, participants have worked on key aspects such as improving collaboration, strengthening trust and mutual respect, defining shared objectives, and managing conflict constructively.
