We are proud to announce the successful completion of the comprehensive renovation of the iconic Hotel HM Jaime III, located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. This project has resulted in a complete modernization of the hotel, enhancing the quality of its facilities and providing an even more exclusive and comfortable experience for its guests.

vThe owners initiated this project to renovate the hotel while respecting its identity and adapting it to current standards of design, functionality, and comfort. The work included a complete refurbishment of the guest rooms, as well as the renovation of key areas such as the reception, restaurant, and main hall, giving them a contemporary, elegant, and welcoming aesthetic.

In addition, the wellness area, which includes the spa, Turkish bath and sauna, has been modernized, incorporating new finishes and technical solutions that improve the customer experience and provide a modern and warm atmosphere to the entire hotel.

This project reinforces our strong collaborative relationship with the hotel chain, which previously entrusted us with the successful development of the Whala Isabella project in Santa Ponsa. On that occasion, we completed the renovation of 156 rooms and the construction of a new building in just nine months, a result that solidified the trust between our two companies and paved the way for this new challenge.
