We are pleased to announce that Construcciones Llull Sastre has officially begun the comprehensive renovation of an iconic historic building located on Calle Cecilio Metelo in Mallorca. This project seeks to combine the conservation of architectural heritage with modern, high-quality construction solutions. The intervention preserves the historic façade and the Civil War air-raid shelter in their entirety, as well as protecting the layout of the Renaissance wall found underground.
