The client sought a bright, sophisticated, and open-plan home where the interior spaces flowed seamlessly into the garden and pool.
The architecture responds with:

The house is organized on three levels:
Basement, for technical and ancillary spaces.
Ground floor, with an open-plan living area oriented towards the exterior.
First floor, where the bedrooms and private terraces are located.
The infinity pool, with a 30 cm perimeter glass wall, reinforces the feeling of continuity with the horizon and makes water a key element of the design.
High-end materials and finishes
The selection of materials reflects criteria of durability, aesthetics, and comfort: interior flooring in 80x80 cm bush-hammered and brushed Zarci gray stone; Schüco Series 7 joinery with concealed profiles and a stained oak finish, optimizing energy efficiency and glazed surface area. A double-sided wood-burning fireplace serves as the central element of the space. A cantilevered metal staircase and laminated glass railings contribute to a sense of visual lightness. Underfloor heating and zoned climate control ensure maximum comfort year-round. Outside, scarified Beige Alicante stone cladding, laid in a staggered pattern, provides texture and Mediterranean character, while the cladding of façades and planters in Zarci gray stone on pedestals and laminated iroko wood reinforces aesthetic continuity and resistance to the marine environment. Wood and steel pergolas create intermediate spaces that allow one to enjoy Calvià's climate in any season.
