In the heart of Palma de Mallorca, on Paseo Mallorca next to Avenida Jaime III, we have completed the comprehensive renovation of the 4-star Hotel HM Jaime III, an urban boutique hotel with a cosmopolitan character and sophisticated ambiance, located in one of the city's most emblematic commercial and cultural areas. With a total of 88 fully equipped rooms, this four-star establishment has established itself as a leading urban accommodation option in Palma, offering a modern, functional experience that is in tune with the city's lifestyle.
Complete renovation of rooms and common areas
The renovation encompassed guest rooms, lounges, reception area, restaurant, spa, and terraces, adapting each space to meet new standards of comfort, design, and efficiency. All 88 guest rooms were renovated, optimizing layout, lighting, and finishes, and incorporating parquet flooring, efficient climate control, updated technology, and solutions that improve acoustic and thermal comfort. The reception area and common areas were redesigned to create a more open, dynamic, and contemporary image, reinforcing the hotel's urban identity and enhancing the guest experience from the moment of arrival.
Transformation of restaurant, spa and terraces
The Jaime 3 Food & Drinks restaurant was updated to offer a modern, versatile dining space that reflects the establishment's cosmopolitan character, incorporating new materials, architectural lighting, and a more fluid layout. The Spa & Wellness area was also renovated, adding a sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, massage room, and relaxation spaces adapted to an urban environment where well-being is a key differentiator. The terraces and outdoor areas were optimized to create attractive and functional spaces, offering areas for relaxation in the heart of Palma.
