Complete renovation and conversion into a 5* rural hotel in Calvià
In the municipality of Calvià, at kilometer 1.5 on the Es Capdellà – Galilea road, we carried out the complete renovation of the listed estate Son Claret, transforming it into an exclusive five-star rural hotel surrounded by nature. This non-residential building project was developed in two phases and involved the architectural restoration of a historic estate to convert it into one of Mallorca's most emblematic rural hotels.
Rehabilitation of a listed building and hotel adaptation
The project involved the complete renovation of the main building, respecting its heritage character and original architectural value while adapting it to international luxury hotel standards. The structural and constructional restoration of the complex was carried out, preserving traditional elements and building techniques characteristic of Mallorcan architecture while integrating modern facilities that guarantee comfort, efficiency, and functionality. The project also included the rehabilitation of adjacent buildings and their adaptation for hotel use, creating a coherent complex perfectly integrated into the natural environment.
Outdoor landscaping and swimming pool
The project included the landscaping of the agritourism property, with the complete construction of the swimming pool, as well as the landscaping of gardens and outdoor spaces, respecting the topography and surrounding landscape. The result is a harmonious landscape where architecture, nature, and privacy coexist in balance, enhancing the exclusive experience of the establishment.
Second phase kitchen and spa
In a second phase, the professional kitchen and spa were built in the main building, providing the hotel with high-level services focused on wellness and gastronomy.
The addition of these facilities completed the transformation of the estate into a five-star rural hotel offering a comprehensive range of accommodation, dining, and wellness services.
