As part of this process, we have completed a coaching course specialised in the creation of high performance teams, with Talenthum consultant, Humberto Borras Zeddda, in the beautiful facilities of the Hotel Ponent Mar, in Palmanova.
This course has been a great opportunity for our employees to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to lead, collaborate and work in teams more effectively. Through interactive dynamics, practical workshops and personalised coaching sessions, we have learned how to strengthen communication and collaboration, build trust and mutual respect, establish clear and shared objectives, manage conflicts constructively and celebrate achievements and learn from failures.
