In Construcciones Llull Sastre, we have carried out the structural rehabilitation of Son Macià Negre, an emblematic Mallorcan possessió located in the municipality of Marratxí. Our intervention has included the change of roofs, exterior cladding, renovation of exterior carpentry and locksmith work, respecting the essence and heritage value of this sixteenth century estate.
Son Macià Negre is an outstanding example of Mallorcas traditional architecture, consisting of a group of buildings including the manor house, a defense tower and various agricultural outbuildings. The rehabilitation has preserved the historical identity of this enclave, characterized by the use of local materials such as stone and sandstone, as well as the functionality of its spaces.
This project reaffirms our commitment to the conservation of Mallorca’s architectural heritage, combining traditional techniques with modern construction solutions to guarantee the durability and authenticity of each intervention.
